Once you place your order we will send you an email confirmation, your order has been received. We don’t need any additional information from you we will proceed to produce your made to measure blinds.

We will inform you of our delivery date as soon as the blind is produced.

Once your blinds have passed our quality department we will pack them ready for delivery. You will receive an e-mail confirming that the blinds have been dispatched and the date at which you will receive your blinds.
